This course is aimed at the average cruising yachtsman who would like to improve his boat speed to get an extra knot from the boat by improving sail trim. You will be taught to trim both your mainsail and genoa according to the wind conditions.

The course will be carried out on one of our 'Strata' yachts appropriately rigged to demonstrate all aspects of sail trim.

It is possible to complete this course on your own boat if you prefer.
